What is the difference between silicone and TPE?

Silicone and TPE are both high quality sex materials.  Silicone is typically regarded as the more durable material and TPE as the most realistic.  Here are the main attributes of each material.

Silicone 
  • A bit harder than TPE but also more durable.
  • More expensive.
  • Easier to clean.
  • Safe for human contact.
TPE 
  • TPE is softer to the touch.
  • More realistic ‘jiggling’ of body parts (breasts, ass, etc).
  • The material is more elastic which allows the dolls to be more flexible at their joints.

  • Less durable than Silicone – more care is required to clean and care for it properly.

How long will a sex doll typically last?

A sex doll will last anywhere from 2 years to 10 years depending on usage and care.  A sex doll that gets frequently used and moved will be more likely to suffer wear and tear.  There are many things doll owners can do to preserve and maintain their sex doll.  If damage does occur it is also quite easy to perform repairs on your sex doll.

Can my sex doll be delivered somewhere other than my front door?

Yes of course, discretion is very important – if you prefer to pick up your sex doll instead of having it delivered to your residence you can arrange to pick it up at your local FedEx or UPS instead.

How long does shipping generally take for my sex doll?

Once your order is placed we require 2-3 weeks for production and shipping.  You should expect to receive your doll within 3 weeks of placing your order.  Sometimes, do to the amount of orders received, or if a doll does not pass our quality assurance tests, we will need more than 3 weeks.  In the case of any delay we will include free items in your order such as extra wig (head hair), clothes, or even an additional head.

I don't live in the USA, are there import duties or VAT taxes on my sex doll?

Although unlikely, some shipments will require the customer to pay an import tax to their country’s customs office in order to have their package delivered.  Although we cover shipment costs with the package carriers we do not provide assistance with import taxes, those are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I clean my sex doll

Cleaning a sex doll after use is a very important part of owning a sex doll.  Not only will you keep your doll in great condition, but you will also protect yourself from harm.  Luckily, cleaning your sex doll is an easy process that can be completed in minutes.

  1. You should clean your doll frequently, especially after any usage or contact with bodily fluid.  This can be done easily in the shower with warm water and a light soap.  Note: I recommend keeping your doll’s head out of the shower and cleaning separately.  This can be done with a damp washcloth and a mild shampoo (see step #5).  
  2. After washing, dry your doll thoroughly with a clean towel to remove excess moisture.  Do not use a blow dryer as this can sometimes damage the skin, if the heat becomes too concentrated.
  3. Optional, but recommended, you can apply baby powder to your doll’s skin after you have dried her.  This will help remove any remaining moisture, and keep her skin nice and soft.
  4. Make up can be removed with a damp washcloth with warm water.  You can use a paper towel or dry cloth to pat her face dry.
  5. The wig should be washed separately with a mild shampoo, and let it air dry, if you use a blow dryer you risk damaging the hair.

Keep Your Sex Doll Safe

The best way to store your sex doll is vertically, preferably hanging from something, perhaps in your closet.  Each of our sex dolls comes with a storage kit that will allow you to hang your sex doll for easy storage.  By hanging your sex doll in a cool, dark place she will be safe from damage.  There are other storage solutions as well if hanging isn’t a possibility.  Placing your doll in a sitting position, or lying on her back are both popular storage positions as well, just make sure she is not wearing any tight clothing or dark color fabrics for a long period of time.  Dark color fabric may stain the doll’s skin after prolonged exposure.
The main things you want to avoid when storing your sex doll are:
  • Contact with dark color fabrics – these may stain the dolls skin if in contact for a long period of time.
  • Tight clothing – things like elastic bands may leave permanent marks or indentations on your doll if they are left on during storage.
  • Sunlight – The sun may fade her skin and facial features unevenly.
  • Extreme temperatures – Hot and cold temperatures may warp your dolls feature over time – these must be extreme temperatures, no need to worry about normal fluctuations, but below freezing and extreme heat should be avoided.
  • Pressure points – if anything is pressing into the doll’s skin over a long period of time you may find some permanent indentation occurs.  It’s important that the doll is suspended in air, or resting on a soft surface.

Will my sex doll stain?

The doll’s skin although durable and resistant to rips, tears, and stain is not indestructible.  You should be careful to keep your doll away from dark fabrics and tight clothing.  If you like dark clothing you should be sure to wash it before putting it on your doll, and be sure to not store her with the clothing on. The best clothing for dolls is light colored, loose fitting fabrics.

Utilizing Klarna allows you to receive your doll immediately and pay over time, from 6 weeks to 12 – 24 months. Klarna will take your information and instantly let you know if you’re been approved and how much the low monthly payments will be to purchase your doll.

If I choose Klarna, will my sex doll arrive right away?

Approval takes a few seconds, and once you’re approved to purchase the doll through Klarna payment plans, we build your doll right away. You’ll receive it in approximately 10-15 days after you made the purchase just as if you had paid in full.

Is Klarna available in my country?

We currently offer Klarna payment plans to U.S customers only. We are however working hard to open it up to other countries like UK, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands. What is the minimum required age to apply with Klarna?

You must be 18 years of age to apply.

If I use Klarna, will I receive my doll the same time as paying by credit card?

When you select “Payment Plans with Klarna” at the checkout, you can one click purchase without adding any payment details.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions to let you know when and how you will need to pay.

We’ll ship your order as if you had paid in full. You should receive it approximately 15 business days after purchase.

You will have 30 days to complete the payment online, at your convenience with no extra cost. You can pay via debit card or bank transfer.

Will Klarna pull my credit for a hard inquiry?

No, neither Klarna or Kajamijo Imports, LLC (redhotsexdolls.com), run a hard credit check that would impact your credit score. Klarna runs internal checks, but these will not affect your credit score.

What will I need to provide Klarna for approval?

Klarna will ask for your mobile phone number and your e-mail address.

Your mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach out to you. All statements will be sent to your email address of record. It’s very important that you provide the correct details, otherwise, you will not receive the payment information and may be liable for late payment fees.

What will help my chances for approval with Klarna?

To give Klarna the best chance of identifying you:

  • Ensure your billing address is accurate and up to date.
  • This should be where your utility bills, financial accounts, and voting documents are registered.
  • Use your full name, including your middle initial if you have one.
  • Getting items shipped to your billing address will increase your chance of acceptance.
  • Customers who are bankrupt and/or IVA (Individual Voluntary Agreements) are unlikely to be accepted.

What if Klarna declines me?

Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account due to one of the following reasons:

  • Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address you provided. You’ll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
  • If you haven’t used Klarna before and you’re shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
  • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.
  • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna invoices.
  • You may want to place an order for a smaller amount.

I've been asked to go to Klarna's site, Is this right?

Yes – In your email from Klarna you will be provided with further details on how to pay and a link to Klarna’s payment site where you can settle your statement with debit card or bank transfer.

What do I do if I do not receive an email with my statement/payment information?

Please contact Klarna’s Customer Service team . They will be able to provide you with the payment details. here

How will I know Klarna has received my payment?

After Klarna receives your payment, they will send you a payment confirmation email to the address provided at the time of your order.

What is I do not pay on time?

If you do not pay within 30 days of receiving your Klarna invoice you may be subject to financing charges;

Klarna will send you a reminder to pay your invoice before it’s due. If you fail to pay your invoice this may affect your credit rating.

What if I need to postpone my Klarna Payment?

You can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team to see if it is possible to postpone the due date of your payment.
